Revolving door caused by undervalued employees - Electrical Designer bei dbHMS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have really enjoyed working at dbHMS and the opportunities to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into a leadership position.

Working here has been a truly great experience, I have none at this time.

Absolutely none. The worst place I have ever worked.

Poor management, severe lack of training, stiff and uncomfortable workplace environment, terrible communication amongst departments and team members, mediocre pay, and incredibly unfulfilling work. Many of my coworkers neglected me and made me feel like an outcast of the team. Multiple weeks of work went by where I had only spoke 5 words to coworkers because they would either not show up or show no interest in developing a workplace relationship.
