Thanks for feedback and review. Yes, you're right about demand for dPoint's product - we have been growing at a rate of 50% for the last few years. Exciting times ahead for dPoint!
As for our benefits, currently dPoint covers 90% of extended health benefits and MSP premiums for full-time employees. We are big believers in continuous improvement and will be looking more into improving our benefits plan. This also means, that we are continuously looking into improving our product and technology. This year we are excited to announce our new Mustang ERV that offers higher rate of energy efficiency. We have also invested just under 6M into innovative manufacturing equipment. As for development opportunities at dPoint, we are constantly looking for ways to let our team to utilize and further develop their skills and will continue to improve on this. We have a strong culture of promoting from within and giving people an opportunity to shine. Additionally, we have an ongoing active training for our manufacturing team members, that allows them to develop multiple skills.
We are confident that as we grow, we will have more exciting opportunities for our team members.
