      Its normal when company needs real contribution from their employee, for me.. as long as we understand to each other, we are good. So nothing i can say for the cons of work for them.

      Management Dont care what happened to you at client site, just outsource you to earn money Low budget yet want to hire all-rounded talents, expect you to work like owning the company but no increments and bonus Moody management with no constructive instructions
