- Great on company culture. They don't use it as a buzzword to attract the young, but actually honor it

- Mgmt has exceedingly high expectations for reporting and client deliverables that they don't realize they do exceptionally well on already - Claims to be problem/solution oriented but when employees have problems and provide solutions, they're ignored for what mgmt prefers - Mgmt will strip away work that fulfills you and whatever work keeps you motivated to stay a little longer - and won't even address the reason why later on

collystring is a place where people want to be, and we feel inspired and empowered to do great work. We have several long-tenured employees, myself included. Feedback is direct and my hard work is noticed and appreciated. We are constantly striving to improve how we communicate with clients, and that is reflected in the level of trust our clients express and the length of time they work with us (an average of 3+ years).
