Nice colleagues, did a good job of hiring high caliber people in the past. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office required. Causal AI is a great idea.

A lot of departures, including early employees. Constant strategy changes, no clear long-term vision, excessive pivots and product rebuilding. Over-promises and under-pays, don't expect any bonus or career development, no HR. Expect a lot of overtime and no compensation for it.
