      As energy consultants we regularly work remotely so transitioning to fully remote work during the pandemic has been easy for us and our clients.

      Pros

      Not too small, not too corporate, growing fast, people know what they are doing, real experts. My manager is good and I like the people. ETRM wasn't what I thought I would do but I like it a lot and it seems to be growing faster than general consulting according to my friends at other firms.

      it can be a bit hard to find the work you want/are best at but I guess that is just consulting.

      Change naturally comes with growth, but communication stays strong and leadership keeps people informed.
