Some of the employees were kind, open-minded, and supportive, which I wish them the best. They made me feel heard and safe to express my thoughts, which was a rare and meaningful experience. The company also gave exposure to real projects and cross-functional collaboration.

However, there was poor organizational management, unclear communication, unfair treatment, lack of empathy, condescending behavior, and insufficient training provided by some upper-level employees. These individuals should understand the difference between necessary and unnecessary actions when interacting with their team, not everything should be done solely for the sake of the company’s short-term benefit. Furthermore, the tone and openness shown during the interview did not match the actual working environment. If the company still cares results more than processes, it may lead to a workplace culture where employees feel pressured to deliver outcomes without proper guidance, support, or learning opportunities. Over time, this can reduce trust, long-term engagement, and ultimately impact the quality of the work delivered from both employees and customers.
