Recently I pursued an opportunity, the chance to reach a life long dream of self employment. Upon taking that step, I learned a few things about myself and about bChannels as an employer. I learned that there are a few things I highly value in life. The most important being that I can make a difference. At bChannels, i do make a difference. We all make a difference. There is no "red tape" preventing you from innovating, no politics snubbing out creativity. We work as a tight knit family. At bChannels, you will find support from co-workers you deal with daily, to managers all the way up to the CEO and extending as far as the clients that we have come to know and love. I came back to bChannels because I found that being valued is of utmost importance to me, and I have never been happier with my decision.
