Dear colleague, Thank you for your honest review of your current position as a Staff Engineer at ams OSRAM in Singapore. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the decisions that your management has made. I can assure you that all decisions are made with the aim of supporting our colleagues in every way. When it comes to the less established working culture, we are taking initiatives to improve this concern by rolling out a series of culture workshops to help employees (at all levels) to learn and live our new Core Values and Leadership Principles in their day to day business.
