      Hiring conducted without skill set requirement.

      Kontras

      Biased management. Poor control of manpower allocation. No recognition of performing employees and poor standardization of work distribution. Micro management of employees timing even in toilet. No clear distinction of departmental responsibilities.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
