Pros
-Flexible schedule -Easy job- very little pressure
Kontras
-Poor compensation/poor raises/poor bonuses -Hard work hardly ever recognized -Stuck on 'cruise control' as are many of the older employees there -Completely unable to adapt to a changing market -A sinking ship with very little hope of recovery because of the above -The Danvers location is a sh*t hole converted warehouse with rodent and insect infestation -Upper management is clueless and very much an "Old Boys" club -Trouble attracting young talent because of the old/slow culture -Very little motivation to work hard because of much of the above -Very much a '9-5' type workplace, where going the extra mile is never done because its never recognized on the back end -The HR staff can be quite abrasive at times -Constant reorganizations left me with over a half dozen bosses in a 3 year time frame -Owned and managed by a German company who looks down their noses at the American development teams
