Good pay, plenty of overtime.

Shortage of workers causes skilled laborers to be just operators. Most skilled workers are not skilled. Hot environment. Management tries to find ways to fire people instead of finding ways to help people out. Very strict attendance policy, and it's not a set policy. The HR manager has way too much power, workers have no voice.
