      This used to be a good place to work.

      High-level managers and consequently staff underneath, were subject to insultingly-drastic cuts in bonus ~ 95% less than typical as a result of the new CEO cost-cutting strategy. Impossible to retain U.S. staff with these behaviors. Also, at least when I was there, no pay increases across the board, as that is the European way.

      Dear Glassdoor member, thank you for your comment. We appreciate every possibility to use our employees` feedback to focus our work to the most important areas. Compensation is certainly a very important topic. We offer pay raises through promotions and regular compensation reviews. Bonuses depend on several factors. We are continuously working on benchmarking, as well as on shaping an attractive and fair compensation system in all the countries we operate in.       Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
