      airfocus is a company that combines the elements of a fast-growing startup together with human values such as respect, honesty and transparency. Leadership is determined and driven but also down-to-earth and kind, boundaries are respected and this mix makes it a healthy and fun place to work at. Additionally, the product is really good, which I believe to be because the group of people working at airfocus are passionate about product and doing their job well.

      It's important to be flexible and comfortable with multi-tasking, things evolve at a fast pace and so does the team.

      Ausgezeichnetes Produkt, tolles Nutzererlebnis und sehr clever, was die Präsentation vor potenziellen Kunden zu einem sehr angenehmen Erlebnis machte. Insgesamt ist das Unternehmen sehr hilfsbereit, stellt gut ein und sorgt für eine optimale Unternehmenskultur. Vor Ort, remote oder im Hybridmodus arbeiten – diese Flexibilität ist meiner Meinung nach ein großer Vorteil. Gute und faire Provisionsstruktur im Vertrieb sowie ein wettbewerbsfähiges Grundgehalt.

      Zeitweise war die Anzahl der verfügbaren Leads gering, aber im aktuellen Markt ist es wichtig, sowohl eigene Leads als auch die Leads des Vertriebsentwicklungsteams zu beschaffen.
