Pros

Benefits were ok , but didn't make up for how I was treated.

December 29 2022 ; around 5:30 pm I was kicked out of the office by the current CEO, Christopher Ross-Da Silva. It was the around the holidays, and I had plans to catch up with some college friends at a resturant/bar ;17 minutes away around 7:30 pm. My day's work items were already finished , and I was really just using the time to catch up on some documentation. It was not like I was working that hard or strenuously at all. I was thinking I could use the time/workspace to finish the documentation and to chill until I was ready to meet up with my friends. Upon seeing that I was still there around 5:30 pm , Chris began to imply to me that I should leave the office , to enjoy myself, and go do something else other than work. I merely agreed and took it as a suggestion before he reemerged from his office, irritated and intimidating , and imposing, ordering me to leave the office. I left as promptly as I could , completely shocked and confused because I had never seen this side of him. He never even cared to ask why I was staying so late or if there was any issue I was having. For all I know, a mishap could have either happened to myself or my car and he still would have treated me the very same. I understand others can become moody or emotional about other things, work-related or not, but I do not and will never understand how me just being there, quiet, not causing a scene, not even being messy at all would lead Chris to treat me like that. I am still at a loss even till this day to understand how this is a person that serves as the face of this company.

Pros

ATN is full of driven people who care about their work and their teammates. The flexibility and benefits are excellent, which reflects that leadership genuinely values work-life balance. I’ve enjoyed having the chance to grow professionally and feel that there are very strong growth opportunities for curious, motivated individuals.

Kontras

Some cross-team coordination still has room to improve. Things move fast here, so adaptability is important.

There are also plenty of opportunities for professional growth, which makes it an exciting place to build a career.

As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving. There have been occasional challenges with operational efficiency, communication flow, and clarity in decision-making. However, these challenges are expected with growth and are being addressed.
