Pros

As most of the management team only hold their positions because of who they know it is easy to baffle them with tech jargon and get away with not doing their mostly stupid requests

Working for accesso today can either be a really great place to work, nice environment, break areas, nice clean light office etc OR it could be your worse nightmare come true. How's this? It very much depends on your line manager. They can either be a reason person who looks out for his team, promotes their welfare and generally treats you as a human as you would expect. If your lucky enough to have such a team lead then your time at accesso will be a pleasure. If you happen to have a team lead who demoralises you, keeps you in the dark, allegedly lies to you and senior management, bullies you and give you the impression that he can't wait for you to put a foot wrong so he can have you then also accesso is the place for you. There are no standards in treatment. Middle management won't act as they are too busy jumping through hoops for the CEO who is more concerned about how many pencils you have on your desk than a serious abuse of authority. So to some up your day if your lucky enough to get a nice team lead then accesso is a jolly nice place to be. But if your not and you don't mind being demotivated, left in the dark with nothing planned and generally demoralised and you can't wait to get out the door then also accesso is the place for you.

We administer an employee engagement survey every year in order to take into account all feedback – both positive as well as any areas of improvement - to ensure accesso continues to be a great place to work for all of our employees. No workplace is perfect and this gives team members a way to anonymously contribute to the evolving culture of our growing company. Outside of the survey, and especially in situations like this, we not only encourage but are sincerely asking that any concerns be escalated directly to your Managing Director and/or Senior Leader, or to Human Resources. Please keep in mind that any corrective action that needs to be taken with our employees is a serious matter and we must follow necessary protocols to thoroughly investigate and put effective measures in place to either improve or eliminate the issue altogether. This may take time, but we do listen and we do care.

Of course, no workplace is perfect. Like any job, there are occasional challenges—busy seasons that can feel overwhelming, the need to adapt to change, and the occasional growing pains that come with progress. But in my experience, these challenges have been balanced by strong leadership, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and improve.

You gain hands-on experience navigating legacy products and workflows, which builds skills in troubleshooting operational issues, managing client escalations, and adapting processes under resource constraints.

Everything comes down to leadership. The company keeps making poor decisions without any real strategy, and there’s no clear plan for the future. You can see it in the products, which feel outdated and can’t keep up with the competition. Clients are leaving, and some major ones aren’t renewing their contracts. Frustration is high across the board. The stock has dropped by about half over the past year, which says a lot about where things stand. The company is declining fast, and there’s no clear sign of a turnaround. Things feel very unstable. If you’re thinking about joining, make sure to do your research. Problems at the top are having a bigger impact on daily work, product direction, and job security than most people realize.
