Managed poorly and in financial problems. Third round of layoffs in 12 months after a big restructuring two years previously. Middle/upper management (not C-suite) are stuck in their ways and not open to adjustments to processes that would be more efficient. A LOT of office politics with middle management on top of C-suite mismanaging pipelines and cash runway.
