The number of projects (customer facing and internal tools) that I got to work on was great. One time, I was asked by the COO to build a reporting dashboard and I was given a strict timeline. I learnt how to manage my time well, and also to give frank feedback. Mgmt knew it was a tight timeline and they were open to feedback and suggestions. Enhanced my learning and skills greatly. I am now a Sr. Manager in another software firm and I think my experience with managing time and delivery in that project help me in my current job.

I am expected to learn fast. Sometimes it can get scary. But working in a small and agile company is what this means. First i thought, when i came from my previous company, that this was too fast paced and lot of responsibility was given to me. it got too much and i had to learn time management quickly.

Wie schon gesagt, es gab immer neue Aufgaben. Extrem fachmännisch, auf Fähigkeiten/Einstellung basierend, gut, fristgerechte Bezahlung und regelmäßige Erhöhungen. Wo soll man bei den Olympischen Spielen sonst arbeiten?

Kein Platz für Nichtstuer und Faulenzer. Hier arbeitet man nicht mit Leuten, die keine "das schaffe ich"-Einstellung haben.
