Pros

This is a role where you truly get out what you put in, if you're willing to learn and put in the effort, there is plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. The environment can be fast-paced at times but it also can be a well-balanced day. There is a high level of trust as you're not micromanaged but rather encouraged to stay focused and strive to do your best. Team leaders are approachable & supportive and they are genuinely understanding when it comes to individual needs or questions. You are always encouraged to reach out and to ask questions to help build your knowledge. One of the biggest perks is the ability to work from home. You are required to attend the office of certain days, which isn't as bad as it seems, you get free juice and you to meet people and of course learn more! Overall its a great place to work if you're self-motivated and eager to learn.

Zonal software is not something you can have previous knowledge on unless you have worked with it before, so you can feel a little overwhelmed. (however you will be trained on this)
