Oh, where to even start? -Zero work-life balance - Zero respect for boundaries - Too much gossiping -Upper-level management will call you up in the middle of the night and expect you to be available - Most of the managers are not even professionally qualified to lead a team - Rampant favoritism - No clarity about your standing in the company - No job security - HR acts like they are your friend, but they are not - Says its a 5-day working, but you WILL end up working over the weekends - Zero communication between stakeholders - Upper-level management won't even think twice before throwing you under the bus -There's a good chance you will be fired without any warning My advice? Do not join this company, even if they lure you with money.
