Only UK employees are routinely targeted for budget balancing culls regardless of performance. If you mentioned employment law or staff wellbeing to our Manager he would look at you with a gormless vacant stare and hand you a P45.

Pros

First couple of years it was actually a good job filled with understanding and super cool people. Those people have either left or changed for the worse.

Kontras

As Zoho has shifted focus to upmarket, they have shifted from being a “different” company to being like every other company. Went from remote to hybrid back RTO. However, they make exceptions for some people and not others. Very big on favoritism and fear mongering. There is definitely racial and gender discrimination there as well. People no longer enjoy working there. They just do what they have to so they stay under the radar or to make other look bad so they look good.
