Friendly people, communication between departments easy Good working environment Good possibilities of evolution Not too corporate, no dress code ! Good benefits

Sometimes a bit opaque on higher ups being promoted and new roles not always advertised, at times it felt like some roles were created for a specific person and it was not the company's intention to give anyone else a shot, a shame considering the amount of people who've gone up by starting at the bottom !

Friendly environment, easy to take ownership, encourage to initivates, no "who did that?" question

Kontras

Strong separation between contractors and full-time employees. Contractors have limited career growth opportunities, no clear path to permanent employment, and significantly lower compensation compared to equivalent US-based contractors despite similar responsibilities and impact. Working across multiple time zones can also affect work-life balance.
