Most of the other employees are nice.
Kontras
Very poor/no benefits, do not start to accrue vacation time until a full year of employment, no 401k, poor health insurance options. Ownership requires all employees, even salaried, to clock in and out, never felt like they trusted any of its employees. Ownership did not seem open to listen to employees ideas or advice in regards to the company or the culture. Company does not seem to have a concrete mission objective & struggles to find a source of revenue in the tech world, likely will not last much longer.
