Great product with good demand. Interesting work

Cons Beware of resigning your job and joining here. They simply hire on whim without even having the cash and the need for a role. Later, when they see the role is not worth the pay, they throw the blame on employees performance and fire them. They have no compassion or respect for people’s jobs No growth : Most of them see no growth despite multiple years of dedicated work. Culture: Employees are not respected. Employees are always scared of upsetting anyone at the top and risk losing their jobs. Job insecurity peaks here.
