Culture is okay. Office timings are flexible mostly.

Low leaves and no WFH options. Golden week is a weird concept they have where they give a mandatory holiday for a week but it is strictly a week. Unfair for those who don't need a vacation at the end of the year. Also unfair for those who need more time to celebrate Christmas with their family.
