Great people, great managers, great team atmosphere. Pay was ok for Idaho. This was a great place to learn new skills and help others learn new skills. There was no "pigeon-holing" of the professional staff so one could gain a great deal of experience just by saying "I'll help". No clear directions from upper management on next generation products or processes. This translated into loss of market share and loss of jobs in manufacturing. While Ed Sack was CEO, he did all the real marketing and formed the company strategy based on his own market research. After he left the company fell into a state of wandering for its next new product.
