Horrible Company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Zero Parallel: Mitarbeiterbewertung

So many cons it's hard to think of them all. The owner is emotionally unstable and constantly yelling and micromanaging employees. A group of employees were once screamed at in front of the entire office for not replying to an email fast enough. During my time there they did not compensate hourly employees for business related travel time. There is no real Human Resources department so you're expected to keep any concerns to yourself, otherwise you will be "let go". Qualifications and work ethic don't matter here, favoritism will only be shown to anyone who is Armenian.
