A lot of changes in a short period

- skilled and friendly colleagues, nice atmosphere - 3 meals a day included - good place to express your initiatives

- when you hit the most at your position, not much room for further growth - some of the projects are doing worse than others, and that's restricting those who work with these projects to reach something more - randomly changing strategy for some of the projects
