      . Working with small and whole groups . Take over when the teacher is absent for the day . Support teacher with whole group assignments . Create ideas to come with for students to do

      Pros

      Amazing flexibility with schedule and great pay in some locations. They are awesome the teachers are great and you learn with time how to handle difficult situations with students. Great way to start a career in teaching especially for people in school.

      Flexible schedule with good placements

      The pay is bad and so is the pay periods payed monthly for two week pay periods. So not a livable wage more like pocket cash
