The company hired a significant number of employees for a project that appeared to have limited long-term viability, followed by layoffs that affected many recent hires. - Management often seemed disconnected from the reality of the business and employee experience. Expectations communicated during the hiring process did not always align with what employees encountered after joining. - There was a noticeable lack of transparency. Even direct managers frequently appeared unaware of important developments affecting their own teams. - Internal communication was consistently poor. Employees were often left without clear information regarding project status, business decisions, or organizational changes.
