Layoffs are common due to no strategic direction. They keep buying new companies and expanding markets while telling employees that they are going to focus on the core offerings. The teams are exhausted trying to support every idea that comes into management's head. There is also very little gender diversity. They keep folks around with years of industry knowledge even when they are creating a toxic environment.
