Pros
Zebi is an awesome company to work for. The Leadership team is open and honest about what’s happening within the company. They’re also good at setting company-wide goals so we can focus on what’s most important. The employees at Zebi are second to none. We have a team that knows how to work hard but can also have a lot of fun (as cliche as that sounds, it’s the truth). I’ve had a lot of opportunities to stretch and grow within my career at Zebi. It’s great to work for a company who will allow you to learn new things and improve your business acumen.
Kontras
There are times where you have to put on multiple hats throughout the day, but this is something that I actually enjoy as it keeps me on my toes. The pay is great but benefits could be improved as far as insurance is concerned (but for a startup I really can't complain).
