Pros

Very generous amount of vacation time (20 days).

Kontras

They lack structure in the store. Store managers are expected to handle everything in the store specially since employee turnover is incredibly high. The discount for employees is very low and managers are expected to buy and wear items from the current season to work every day. Corporate employees are second class citizens. Expect to work long hours. There is no structure in the corporate either. Management always bends the rules for their favorites. Do not expect a promotion, they rather bring someone new from outside. Their benefits are below basic (medical, dental, vision and 401K).

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
