The clients zyquest serves are usually great to work with! Many of the employees are very kind, genuine people.

Management will push back on any ideas that don't perfectly align with theirs. Also, management and CEO regularly make sexist and offensive jokes and comments. Management openly lies when conflicts and negative situations arise, and you can tell that their every move is calculating the best way to get the most from you at the smallest cost possible. Management does everything possible to cover their own assets and interests while throwing employees under the bus. There is little to no direction given, but the team is responsible when little progress is made. New ideas and tools are met with frigidity and are treated like an annoyance. HR is a nightmare to work with. There is little to no career advancement or importance put on ongoing learning. You'll be on a project one day and off of it the next. Turnover is very high, new people leave quickly and employees that have spent years there are simply let go without so much as a severance pay. This place has/had potential simply because of the hard work and dedication of the individual employees.
