Pros

- collegial environment, -laid back dress code (and overall no yelling, shouting or anything like that occurs) -young employees -for associates, very competitive compensation, however, as you move upwards (esp. starting at consultant level), compensation is less competitive unless you have an MBA - has a set "competency development", some focus on personal development

Kontras

-is supposed to be "laid back", which it is in some respects, but can be very very intense. Work-life balance suffers greatly for all positions except for principals -people are nice, but extremely dorky -projects are very narrow focused. Not very much "outside-the-box" thinking needed. More operations and less "big picture -virtually no travel -exclusively pharma companies are clients. They might say they have "other industries" but that's absolutely false
