A word of caution to those considering a contract position. After 6 mos. of service with perfect attendance and good reviews, I was kicked to the curb with no word, good or bad from management[?!]. I worked through my lunches and was a fast learner but apparently that wasn't good enough? I'd like to think that ZP is a professional company, but that's not how I was treated. I can understand if my position had expired, but to not say anything is disrespectful.
I use the same skills in my current job and have since been promoted.
I befriended a number of colleagues while at ZP and noticed a number of them have left, reasons unknown?
