I can honestly say it’s been an exciting journey, especially after the acquisition by Legrand North America. The leadership team has done a great job managing the changes, keeping us informed every step of the way. They’ve made communication a priority, with regular updates and a real effort to get feedback from employees. I’ve always felt like my voice matters, and it’s clear that leadership values our input. They’ve also ensured we have the resources we need to succeed, whether that’s new tools, training, or extra support as we grow. Even though we’re now part of a bigger organization, management has worked hard to maintain a positive and collaborative culture, and I feel excited about the future here.

As with any acquisition, there have been some challenges in adjusting to the larger company’s systems and processes.

In his eyes, it's a four-letter word synonymous with weakness. You're just a number on a spreadsheet, your value measured in closed deals, not coffee-stained friendships or late-night hustle. The pressure, it's a constant, suffocating miasma, turning days into an endless TikTok scroll of deadlines and despair.
