Supervisors are not so well paid so what kind of leadership do you expect? In my personal experience an incentive was never given by my direct supervisor, nor the station's Director. And that was due a technical accident, so why didn't they get the technician fired instead of me? Now they created a new position to cover all the extra work that I had to do besides cameraman.
