Would not recommend leaving a job for this one. First of all there is no opportunity unless you're a fresh male inexperienced college graduate. Secondly, you will only be part-time, contract because the founder don't want to pay for your insurance or benefits. They're also no job security because the company is very unorganized therefore, they toss people out left and right. Yes, it's decent pay, but when you work of course, the hours are not even guaranteed. You work when there's work. The part where you travel is nice and most of the co-workers but I can't say the same for the upper management, especially the founder. If you're looking to travel and do need full-time, then go far it. But if you need a steady full-time job with job benefits and job security, don't!!!
