This cult's leadership pretends to care about employees and their wellbeing. Ask any ex-employee (quite a significant number recently) how they were treated at the end and the truth becomes clear. Cut off and discarded with an arrogance and coldness that defies belief. There is a cabal of overpaid and underskilled yes-men running the show with a stunning sense of entitlement that have somehow survived many hard working and productive people. The culture is definitely toxic and there is a growing desperation among leadership as their VC masters are closing their nets and with good reason. Management is sub-par and ineffective. It takes 3 or 4 of them (all long-time buddies) months to execute on strategic deliverables that 1 competent executive could achieve in a week. Headless chickens. This affects team performance and confidence and it's the salespeople who ultimately get punished. Ask any broker worth their salt what they think of YuLife. The terms "bullies", "pushy", "overpriced" and "childish" are recurring themes. Stay away!
