Also as a Startup you have freedom to suggest and implement your own projects and ideas - Nordic work-life balance culture: focus is on performance rather than on long hours so work day work days rarely extend beyond 5 pm which allows you to focus your energy in the working hours you have. - Management is flexible and given the company's size, communication between management and staff is horizontal and pretty direct

- Company is still growing so it definitely requires candidates with a taste for the ups and downs of Startups: many processes are still being developed and some positions imply getting involved in multiple endeavors vs the relative specialization of larger companies - It is based in Malmo, which can get a bit suffocating for expats who are used to larger cities and do not speak Swedish (like me) However, I admit that if you are looking for a more quiet environment with short commutes to work or have children this might actually be a pro
