      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, generous paid time off, competitive salary. YPTC provides ongoing training and professional development. The staff has a wide variety of talents and specialties, so there is usually someone with experience who can help when you come across something new. Getting to go to a different workplace each day provides variety and experience in many different types of organizations. Doing what I love when it also helps an organization to better serve their mission is a great feeling!

      Getting to see my work friends only periodically. Starting a new client is similar to starting a new job, when you have to get to know a new environment, people, establish your work area, etc.

      You hit the nail right on the head - flexibility is a major part of who we are! We are flexible with our staff, and they're flexible with us and our clients in return. Additionally, we strive to create opportunities to get our staff members to connect with one another - and will continue to do so. Keep us posted if you have any ideas how to improve that.
