Not willing to spend money in retaining their current staff, but post job openings at a higher than what is currently being given to people who have been there for years. There is nowhere to advance at the company, you will always be fighting for a fair salary. It is a very depressing place to work. Not a window in sight, painted prison grey throughout. Have felt overworked and underapreciated for a long time now. I just feel like I'm being used.
