Pros
The company puts a lot of trust in you to manage your clients and gives you the leeway to develop contracts and terms. They maintain the wfh policy even to this day and really do not micromanage their people. They give you ownership and the resources to succeed, but I don't ever feel like anyone is breathing over my neck to make sure I get my job done. The company is also very committed to making sure we achieve work life balance, and I never feel pressured to do anything outside of work hours. (Keep in mind though that at the end of the day in a client facing role, you would have to do stuff outside of normal hours, but it's never forced on you) Overall, I really like the management and culture at this company
Kontras
Because of the firm commitment to the WFH policy (optional), it sometimes take a bit to get to know all my colleagues.
