Bad organization-- new hires get placed with teams that don't want them. Constant politics and power struggles. Almost everyone in my cohort left or was fired in less than a year. Unrealistic expectations-- they hired me with zero data or coding experience in a role that was called data analyst but was really data engineering. They say it's to give people a chance, but really they're too cheap to hire the data engineers they actually need. Others had the same experience and no one was successful.
