Pros

Only pros I can think of is remote job

- Company is making loss: they are managing balance sheet to show profit by firing people and cutting cost by not using necessary softwares or optimizing at other level. And they are so naive that they don't understand it is zero sum game. That means either you are making profit or not. You can not manipulate balance sheet for long. - At work level things are totally disorganised, No planning in work which has resulted in spaghetti code which is tough to manage. - Similarly no planning in hiring as a result they are firing people in cold calls. - No career opportunity, you are disposable, nothing else. Nobody cares about your career, growth and aspiration.

It’s a startup, which means we’re still building the plane while flying it. That can come with some disorganization, shifting priorities, and the kind of growing pains that are pretty standard in early-stage companies. But leadership is transparent, and there’s a clear commitment to improvement.

Pros

Remote and Unlimited PTO are nice, but that’s about it

Kontras

GTM strategy changing every five seconds , 6 quarters of declining sales, poor communication, and those at the tops don’t have any idea what really goes on.
