Pros

Autonomy. As long as you keep your head down to the amateur and unprofessional nature of the the company, you can make it a year or two

Kontras

-Nepotism. Get a job there, you'll find out. -ZERO interest in diversity and inclusion. None, Zero. Its painfully obvious when researched. -QUESTIONABLE HR POLICIES AND VERY VERY QUESTIONABLE HR REPRESENTATION -Titles don't matter at YB- Someone in leadership is a VP in house, and a Chief all over the internet. A joke really. -BAIT AND SWITCH RECRUITING. The turnover rate reflects this. -Leadership decided early on that everyone would get covid, and acted as such. BS company all around.
