Bad management in Operations side. Managers showing favoritism and causing true talents to be force to leave company. Managers often judge employees base on hearsay. Productivity & Performance are determine by how early you start work and how late you leave the office. Taking medical leaves & entitled paid leaves alerts the management and gives the employee bad mark - not considering the amount of effort a long-time working employee has provided. No empathy from bosses
