I have yet to have an idea pushed down or not considered. Founders are involved in every portion of the business and takes care to make everyone feel like a part of their family. They are the most loyal individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working for. This company hits aggressive goals because everyone is engaged and everyone contributes.
