Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for the hard work while working at YPO. We are sorry to hear you did not experience opportunities to grow. One of the reasons our average tenure is over 5 years is because of internal growth and the organization is constantly evolving, opening up new career paths for many. The more senior you become, the fewer the growth opportunities though, as with any company. All feedback and thoughts are very welcome and we appreciate you sharing some of your experiences with us.

Lots of backstabbing and egos amongst CEOs. ELT members in relationships with members and have the ability to manipulate outcomes that favor their preference.
